SHIPPING/DELIVERY
1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Yes we do ship to 81 country including Europe, Asia and the United states.
Shipping is included in the price.
2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from our factory in Ecuador. We use the world’s most trusted carriers such as DHL and UPS
3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-5 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 4 to 8 days to most developed countries. However, due to postal services inside developing countries it can sometimes take up to 2 months. It depends what on where you live!
4. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? EVEN AFTER YOUR PROMISED "2 MONTHS" WHY?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays. If it does not arrive by 7 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed! :)
5. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We will take care of all the customs fees for you. The product will be delivered to tour house or business with no additional fees.
Shipping:
It usually takes 5-14 days for your products to arrive. If more than 30 days have passed and you didn't receive your ordered products please email us at info@renaciente.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@renaciente.com
- We will process your refund or send out the second item within 48 business hours of receipt and inspection of your package
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@renaciente.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
